Do you have insects in your home or garden? Are you unsure of what they are? Send us a sample and we will identify them for you.

Upon receipt of the samples, we will identify the insects and send you a response within 72 hours. Please make sure the insects are dead and preserved according to our instructions. Insect samples should also be as intact and undamaged as possible. If we are unable to identify the insect we will provide a full refund.

This service is only for insects so please do not send us any other animals!
